A FAMILY BUSINESS
For 25 years
El Bordón was born in 1989, a consequence of our grandpa Manuel’s love to his profession. He learned the sausage making from his grandparents and once he moved to Viana he perfected the recipe following the advice of the traditional Navarran style sausage making.
In this 25 years we have learned and improved by following the path of authenticity. We are small and we are proud of it, this is the only way of dedicating the care and time that our creations need.
